2. Description of Service

TestPrep.me provides online practice tests and study materials for the Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT). We are an independent test preparation service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Criteria Corp or any other testing organization.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payments and Refunds

Some features of the Service require payment. All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by law or at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Future Shock LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of the Service

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that your performance on our practice tests will translate to performance on the actual CCAT.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future Shock LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page.
